This week in Sonoma is a celebration of the diversity within the world of wine, spirits, and service with a focus on (yes) somm talent and competition, but also shared learning and educational masterclasses. The line-up has been simply extraordinary with topics ranging from water (by Perlage) to sake/shochu, regenerative farming, and appellations of origins from Sonoma to the Pacific Northwest, Vinhos Verdes and Mezcal. Thank you to all who brought their most special bottles and a wealth of knowledge.
